In 1996 we initiated our Service/Support program to facilitate the Manufacturer and Sales Representative in providing consistent service to our customers. We assign a Sales Representative and Service Support person to each high traffic account. We successfully increase sales for these customers. Our Service/Support team has full knowledge of the products and procedures of our Manufacturers so they can give the best service, while increasing sales.
